We like to suggest that people can run a 5km with a pace of under 6 min/km. Our days average 1000m + of accent and around 10-16kms of travel.

We can do our best to cater to food allergies, however, all food is prepared in the lodge and we can not guarantee that cross-contamination can be avoided.
Due to the international events of 2020, we have had to alter our refund policies. We can not offer refunds to canceled trips, that are canceled due to events out of our control.
It is HIGHLY advised all clients carry travel insurance. Those that choose not to use a travel insurance policy will financially responsible for the costs of a canceled trip.
Some lodges have ample power generated from solar and or micro hydro. For those that do not we have one hour per day of generator time allocated for devices.
No, we use the sauna for that purpose. Do not worry it's actually really neat. Bring flip flops!
We haul water, as a group, with the help of our custodian, from a lake to the lodge.
Sentry lodge has running water.
No, however if you phone is equipped with wifi calling you can receive and make calls using the Starlink provided.
