Cancellation Policy
Booking & payment 100% payment is required at booking. All prices in CAD + 5% GST. No refunds All bookings are non-refundable from the moment of payment — no exceptions for personal reasons, weather, illness, or closures. Transfers & replacements Bookings are non-transferable and tied to the named individual(s) only. Unused spots are forfeited. Government or supplier closures In the event of COVID-19, government, or supplier-related closures, no refunds will be issued. GPG may not have the funds available to refund. Your travel insurance must cover these events — GPG will provide documentation to support your claim. Force majeure If guiding cannot proceed due to avalanche hazard, extreme weather, road closure, or similar circumstances beyond our control, GPG retains up to 50% of the fee to cover fixed costs. Any refund above 50% will be issued within 30 days, minus a 3% credit card fee and $150 admin fee. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Last updated: November 3, 2025
